&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;Looks like we need to take into account the CPU usage of the host OS as well as the sum of vserver contexts. I don't believe Vserver has any command to limit the host OS resource usage.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
